Description:
Kairos and his family appear just as they were bred and referenced to be; genetically engineered superheros. They are intimidatingly large and their musculature ripples with each movement, but their dark eyes are intelligent, calm, and friendly. Kairos especially so as his general disposition is playful with a bouncy, joyful gait. He takes almost entirely after his dogo father with his predominately white coat and lack of ridge. However, he does have spots and his ears are not cropped and perk slightly away from his skull like his mother. Spots of black fleck his ears and legs; body his body, most of his face and head, and tail remain ivory white. With the exception of his nose, all of Kairos skin is also a pale white.
Kairos has a large square head with a powerful, defined jaw and a large black nose. His brow is somewhat furrowed like his mothers and his muzzle is accented by a small spot directly in the center of it. His chest and broad shoulders have a lot of definition and is very reminiscent of a shield. He holds himself proudly with a head raised high, albeit in a somewhat childlike way.
Personality
Skills: *Information gathering *Tracking and hunting *Defending
Abilities: *Watchdog Abilities *(Defensive) Combat trained *Trained for search and rescue
Description:
As stated before, Kairos is very much like he was bred to be; a hero dog. He is a dutiful dog that is willing to go to the ends of the earth for anyone with the only prerequisite being that it is in good nature. His compassion for others runs deeper than any river and courageousness higher than any mountain in all of Canaria because the virtues that he embodies are in his breeds, his upbringing, and his training. He is an active dog; very rarely will anyone ever see him resting his head on his legs or lounging in the sun. He was taught that there are always things that need to be done and he is more than eager to seek out more to do. His optimism and determination is boundless; an outright refusal to accept a situation, concept, or individual as something that cannot be improved. Those who are close to him will find that he is constantly pushing both of them to achieve greater heights.
Kairos cares not for age, gender, size, species, or whatever qualities and labels others may give to a dog; he treats them all initially with the same competitiveness and willingness to help regardless. He is a thrill seeking dog that loves a challenge; from racing and sparring to dungeoneering and large game hunting, he is hoping to soak up as many experiences in life as he can and hopefully record them for others to enjoy. Unlike his father and some of his siblings, he is willing to break the norm or go out of the boundaries of his missions; sometimes for a greater completion of the duty and sometimes out of his own curiosity and whim. Although he is young, he is intelligent and insightful, hoping to not only set an example of what it means to be good, but mold it to better reflect reality.

Background:
In these times, many cannot claim to have such a happy and loving upbringing as Kairos and his siblings. He was born to Krypto the Superdog...sorta. It was an extensive effort on the human's part to recreate one of the most iconic dogs only vaguely remembered in early human history. Krypto was more than an morale booster and a nod to culture. He was bred and trained by the Humanitarian and Ecology Reservation Department (HERD) located in Starlet City; a group that are something akin to conversationalists for humankind. Understanding the tension between the different human cultures but the shared love for their canine companions, these watchdogs-often called HERDer dogs- were specially trained by humans to assist the farmers and other fair working wastelanders in an effort to bolster the quality of life enough to support a stronger push for civilization building among the wastelanders. Because HERDer dogs function almost completely independent from human supervising training for these dogs is extensive, half of it physical conditioning and scenario practice like a dog trained by the military and half of it recognizing and understanding various flora, fauna, technology, and possible situations that occur for the mainland. The entire process, from the moment they are weaned from their mothers to the moment they are deployed to mainland, takes about 3 years of training. Krypto spent 3 years training, 3 years serving the wastelanders, 1 year resting, and another 5 years serving before he was retired.
During the year Krypto was resting, he had a mate selected for him; a female with an uncanny beauty. She was a Rhodesian Ridgeback; another brave powerful breed, however their usual deep red was replaced with a stark white. It didn't stop with Ghost's fur either; her flesh and even her eyes were colored in such an unusual way. Despite their union being less than natural, the two loved each other with the intensity of any pair. He was captivated by her effortless grace and ever present patience, and she of his compassion and strength.
Krypto and Ghost created 4 pups together; Clark and Kent being near carbon copies of their father and Spectre inheriting the mutation of the mother. Kairos was an odd one that seemed to have fallen through the cracks and appears to be a normal mix. Perhaps his appearance slightly altered his sibling's treatment towards him, which may or may not have lead to his divergent thinking, but he had never gotten any impression from his parents that they viewed him any differently. And despite the reputation his father held, training for the young dogs was just as intense, if not more so to meet the standards he had set for them. While most would have buckled under the pressure, Kairos learned to embrace it and even crave it. His spirit carried with his siblings and team carried to hope when they failed a test and friendship when their differences were tearing them apart.
Finally, after their training was over, they were sent to the mainland autumn of 310. The children were finally reunited with their father and were happy to hear how proud that he was of them. The autumn season was fairly calm, boring even at times. And as the team got more and more accustomed to working as official HERDers, Kairos began to drift. Still, it came much to everyone's surprise when the biggest team player decided he wanted to set off and find his own way. HERDers haven' really been trained to deal with non-human allied canines outside of apposing them if needed to defend a human, but Kairos quickly began to find interest in them. Kairos began to shift further and further into rogue adventuring before his father finally gave him permission to set out and explore the world so long as he didn't abandoned his responsibilities.
