Not the tallest point of the mountain, Lowry Peak is where, if you stand, you can see most of the continent. A lone juniper tree grows off of the edge of the peak. Lichen grows on the rocks. A few birds sometimes perch here.

The humans mined ore in the mountains, digging deeper and deeper. These man-made tunnels are softly lit to this day, as the torches are made with firestone, a crystal that constantly glows with a soft, warm light. The materials the humans were mining for were rare metals and gemstones.
