Ash River is a clean, quickly flowing river. There are factories not too far from its banks in certain areas, but the Glassrose up and down it has kept the pollution contained.

Forkrun is a town between the two main tributaries of the Ash River. This is where most of the factory workers had their home. There used to be a few other, smaller towns, but Forkrun is the most complete and the largest one in the area.
