Though only big enough to be a town, the people call it "The City of Starlet." The Starletites are proud of their city and it's well-kept, smooth-running, and clean. Here, people live in an economy that is military based, with the efforts concentrated on keeping Starlet safe and finding a way off of the planet.

Origin Point is directly South of Wither Isle. The Starlet Military is trained on The Base. Both human and canine units are trained here. The Base is also where most of the researchers and scientists remain. A lot of information is available here, but is protected and under constant surveillance.

A dense wood South of Origin Point. Several fences and walls run through the forest to keep the feral and wild dogs out. Electric fences, barbed wire, and large cement walls with lookouts. A few of the men stationed as guard will play with and feed the friendly strays.
